Does Terminstimme replace my staff?

No. Terminstimme mainly catches the calls that would otherwise be lost – when the line's busy, after hours or at peak times. Your team is relieved, not replaced.

What does the assistant sound like?

What about data protection?

Processing takes place on servers in the EU, with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR on request. Details are in our privacy policy.

How quickly can I be up and running?

Usually within two weeks at most. No new hardware is needed – your existing number is integrated via overflow, or you get your own dedicated appointment number.

What happens if the assistant doesn't know the answer?

In such cases the call can be forwarded to your team or a call-back can be noted – entirely to your specifications.

Does my existing phone number stay the same?

Yes. Terminstimme is integrated via overflow on your existing number – your customers keep dialling the same number. On request, we'll also set up a dedicated appointment number.

I already have an answering machine or phone service.

An answering machine doesn't book an appointment and doesn't recognise an emergency. An external phone service doesn't know your business and charges per call. Terminstimme knows your services and books straight into your calendar.

Which calendar does it book into?

Into your existing calendar – for example Google Calendar or Outlook. Double bookings are avoided.
